We try to make the planning process simple. First we communicate via email and use some basic information to get a rough estimated quote for the event. After that we'll set up a meeting in person or virtually to get to know each other better, get into further details, and develop an accurate quote based on the services we think you're interested in. Once you've chosen us as your wedding DJ, we'll provide a wedding worksheet that will help you plan the playlist for your special day. We stay in contact via email and will have an additional meeting before your wedding day, if needed, to finalize all the details. 

The ceremony is one of the most memorable moments of the entire evening. We make sure to play the exact songs you want for each moment. We provide light background music as your guests enter and exit the ceremony space. We provide the necessary equipment to amplify the officiant and your vows so everyone can hear and place it in a way to not obstruct the altar space. We manage timing and help the flow of the wedding parties procession and recession. 

We announce the entry of the bridal party and bride/groom into the reception space. We provide light upbeat background music while your guests are served dinner. We act as the Master of Ceremonies for the evening and will coordinate and announce special events such as cake cutting, first dances, bouquet/garter toss and any others you may choose to add. We provide wireless microphones for family and friends to make speeches and toasts. When the time comes we'll transition the music selection to get people onto the dance floor and dance for the rest of the evening.
